Book Summary:
This book is designed to navigate the American citizen through the health care system. It is the author’s hope to not only shed light on the complexities of the health care system but to provide the reader with innovative tools to get the best health care outcome. Each chapter offers pearls and short vignettes for the reader to understand and impact his/her own health care experience. I enjoyed writing this book as it gave me an opportunity to share my knowledge and experiences, both clinical and non-clinical, in a manner that will help many people.
